Andrew Harmon Cozzens, (August 3, 1968) is a bishop of the Catholic Church in the United States. Since 2013 he has been an auxiliary bishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
Andrew Cozzens graduated from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. After a period of discernment, he entered The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity. He was ordained a priest in 1997 for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis and served as a curate for several years before being sent to the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas, Angelicum in Rome, Italy for doctoral studies. He completed his doctorate in 2008 with a dissertation entitled Imago vivens Iesu Christi sponsi Ecclesiae : the priest as a living image of Jesus Christ the Bridegroom of the Church through the evangelical counsels. Returning from Rome, Cozzens began service as an instructor at the The Saint Paul Seminary School of Divinity.
Cozzens was appointed titular Bishop of Bisica and an auxiliary for the Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis on October 11, 2013 by Pope Francis. He was consecrated on December 9, 2013.
