Kao Liao (Thai: เก้าเลี้ยว) is a district (amphoe) of Nakhon Sawan Province, northern Thailand.
The minor district (King Amphoe) was created on October 1, 1969, when five tambon were split off from Banphot Phisai district. It was officially upgraded to a full district on June 28, 1973.
Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Banphot Phisai of Nakhon Sawan Province, Pho Thale of Phichit Province, and Chum Saeng and Mueang Nakhon Sawan of Nakhon Sawan again.
The district is subdivided into 5 subdistricts (tambon), which are further subdivided into 44 villages (muban). Kao Liao is a township (thesaban tambon) which covers the whole tambon Kao Liao. There are further 4 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
