Amir Arison (born March 24, 1978) is an American film, television, and theatre actor, perhaps best known for his main role as Special Agent Aram Mojtabai in NBC's The Blacklist.
Arison is an American actor. He began his acting career in theatre starring in "Omnium Gatherum" and "Modern Orthodox."
He was part of the off-broadway show Aftermath.
In 2009, he was part of the Sunshine Series. He has appeared in many plays over the years.
He began his television career in 2003 as an extra on the soap opera Guiding Light. He appeared in several more soaps over the years, including As the World Turns, where he played an FBI Agent. He had a recurring role in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Dr. Manning and made special guest appearances in series like Fringe, NCIS, Medium, and State of Georgia. In 2010, he was cast in TBS' "In-Security."
In October 2011, he made guest appearances on Homeland as Prince Farid Bin Abbud for 2 episodes. The following month, he made a guest appearance on an episode of American Horror Story.
After several more guest appearances on Gossip Girl, True Justice, and The Mentalist, he was cast in Bryan Singer's digital series H+ as Dr. Gurveer. In late 2012, he signed on for a recurring role on ABC's Zero Hour.
