Alstom Coradia 1000

The Coradia 1000 family is a family of DMUs in Great Britain, part of the Alstom Coradia family. There are two types in service. They are the Class 175 and Class 180.

Currently, these DMUs are only operated by 4 Train Operating Companies. Arriva Trains Wales utilise the Class 175, and the Class 180 by Great Western Railway, First Hull Trains and Grand Central. They all have diesel-hydraulic transmission.
