alliantgroup was founded in 2002 by Jim M. Jacobsen & Dhaval Jadav, as Co-CEO, formerly with Big 4 accountancy firm Deloitte, and Shane Frank, COO.
alliantgroup’s services include identifying tax credits and business deductions and developing detailed case studies to substantiate claims in connection with the following federal and state tax credit and incentive programs:
A strategic advisory board composed of industry experts including those formerly from Big 4 accounting firms, law firms, and the IRS, provides guidance to alliantgroup's directors and clients. Members of the advisory board include former IRS Commissioner, Mark W.
