Alfredo Hilario Isidro del Mazo González (born 31 December 1943) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party. He was the Governor of the State of Mexico from 1981 to 1986 and as State Secretary of Energy during part of Miguel de la Madrid's government.
He also served briefly as Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress as a plurinominal representative in 2003.
