Jessica Marie "Aika" Gerona Robredo is the eldest daughter of Vice President Leni Robredo and the incumbent Second Lady of the Philippines.
Robredo was born on January 12, 1988 in Naga City to Vice President Leni Robredo and the late Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo. She graduated with honors in Ateneo de Manila University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering. She worked for a multinational oil company in the private sector for 4 years before working in government. She was employed in the Office of Civil Defense of the Department of National Defense until resignation to campaign for her mother.
Robredo is the co-founder of the Philippine Toy Library. She is also a Board Member of the Jesse M. Robredo Foundation and the President of TAYO Awards Foundation.
During the campaign, she became active as one of her mother's spokesperson and representative in some campaign events and functions she cannot attend to. As Second Lady of the Philippines, she acts as her mother's alter ego and official hostess to the official residence of the Vice President of the Philippines, the Quezon City Reception House.
