Agni Air Pvt. Ltd. (Nepali: अग्नि एयर प्रा. ली. - Agni Eyr Prā. Lī., or simply अग्नि एयर) was an airline based in Nepal which started operations in March 2006. It had its headquarters in Kathmandu. The airline ceased trading in November 2012.
Agni Air started operations on 16 March 2006 on the Lukla and Tumlingtar sectors with a single Dornier 228 and started flying to Biratnagar the next day. The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) granted Agni Air an air operators certificate, allowing it to operate scheduled flights, as well as mountain flights.
