Tirana consists of 24 mini-municipalities or administrative units (Albanian: mini bashki/njësi administrative).

Below are the 11 mini-municipalities of Tirana that were in effect until 2015. These will be joined by 13 more divisions effective June 2015 following the 2015 Administrative-Territiorial Division Reform of Albania:
