Adam Rhys Davies (born 17 July 1992) is a German-born Welsh professional footballer who plays for Barnsley as a goalkeeper having signed for them in the summer of 2014.
After beginning his career as a youth player at Everton, Davies moved to Sheffield Wednesday in 2012 but did not make a first team appearance for them.
After two years at Sheffield Wednesday, Davies signed for League One side Barnsley on a two-year contract on 13 June 2014. He made his professional debut in the opening game of the season against Crawley Town on 9 August 2014, a game Barnsley lost 1–0.
On 26 January 2017, Barnsley announce that Davis has signed a new contract until June 2019.
On 4 October 2016, Davies was called up to the Wales national football team squad to replace the injured Danny Ward for the World Cup Qualififying matches against Austria and Georgia.
