"Absolutely Everybody" is a song by Vanessa Amorosi, released as the second single from her debut album, The Power in 1999 by Transistor Music Australia.

"Absolutely Everybody" debuted and peaked at #6 on the ARIA Single Charts, her fourth highest charting single to date.

The song "Absolutely Everybody" was also released internationally and reached the Top 10 in the United Kingdom, and throughout Europe and South East Asia shortly after her Olympics performances, but subsequent releases met with little success. For her service to music she was later awarded the Australian Centenary Medal by the Government of Australia.

"Absolutely Everybody" was an anthemic dance track that reached the Top 10, and with its positive lyrics, became an unofficial theme song for various cultural events. It remained in the ARIA Top 50 Singles Chart for over six months after its release.

The song had four different music videos. The first was released in Australia in 1999 and followed by the Australian Millennium version; the other two for the UK and Germany respectively in 2000.

In Australia, "Absolutely Everybody" was the 74th best selling single of 1999 and the 40th for 2000. In the end-of-year charts exclusively for Australian artists, the song was 10th for 1999 and 8th for 2000.

Other official mixes not on the Australian single include the Almighty mix (although this was later released on one of their Almighty Downunder compilations), the UK mix (later included in the Turn to Me compilation album), and the Sydney 2000 mix (which was the version used for the Olympic games closing ceremony).
