Aake (Kannada: ಆಕೆ) is an upcoming Indian Kannada language neo noir horror film co-written and directed by K. M. Chaitanya. It features Sharmiela Mandre and Chiranjeevi Sarja in the lead.Achyuth Kumar and Prakash Belawadi play the supporting roles. While the film borrows the original story from Ashwin Saravanan's Tamil film Maya, the adapted screenplay is jointly written by Chaitanya and Carl Austin.
The project marks the Bollywood production and distribution company Eros International's entry into Kannada cinema. The company has jointly produced the film along with KS Dreams and Nakshatra Production. The original score and soundtrack for the film is composed by Gurukiran. The cinematography is by UK based Ian Howes and Malharbatt Joshi.
The film is reported to be the first Indo-British collaboration with most of the filming done in London, United Kingdom.
