AVA Recordings is a Trance & Progressive label founded in early 2006 by UK DJ & producer Andy Moor. For 10 years of music and more than one hundred releases, AVA Recordings has become a staple within the Trance scene and has long been at the forefront of releasing top quality music from producers like Andy Moor, Andrew Rayel, Tritonal, Tenishia, Ashley Wallbridge, Ben Nicky, Somna, Orkidea and many more. AVA Recordings was a sublabel of Armada Music from December 2008 to August 2014. In September 2014, the label joined Black Hole Recordings.
The label has a Digital Division called AVA Blue. 2016 In its 10th anniversary AVA Recordings has announced an exciting new chapter for the label, AVA White emerges as a new haven for the higher BPM, uplifting tracks leading this new venture is the Polish uplifting maestro who is no stranger to trance fans with his releases on the A State of Trance, WAO138 and Subculture labels. A.R.D.I. takes on the role as A&R of AVA White, with the commitment to continue AVA’s legacy as one of the scene’s most consistent labels.
2016 sees a continuation on the path that label owner Andy Moor has set which is to release high quality sustainable music written with passion from A-listers as well as new talent. Andy Moor explained the goal of his label as follows:
“We will keep the same music policy, releasing quality melodic electronic dance music. We enjoy supporting new artists and working closely with them to develop and nurture their talent. We will be continuing on the path it has already started to create.”.
