Augstsprieguma Tīkls AS (AST) is an independent electricity transmission system operator in Latvia. In addition to transmission system services, it ensures balance and stability within the transmission system. It operates power systems with voltages of 110 kV and above.
It was a subsidiary of Latvenergo but since 2 January 2012, Ministry of Finance of Latvia is the sole shareholder of AST.
