Associação Desportivo de Tira Chapéu (Tira Chapéu Sports Association) is a football club that is member of the Santiago South Regional Football Association based in the subdivision of Tira Chapéu west of the plateau of Praia in Santiago, Cape Verde. It has its own small football (soccer) field which the club practices before its matches but plays at Estádio da Varzea, also they sometimes practices there.

Its logo has a sky blue square with a football (soccer ball) inside and an outer rim surrounding the ball reading the club name. Its uniforms are sky blue and white.

The club was registered for the first time alongside Relâmpago in 2016 and being the recent two clubs registered into the Santiago South Regional Football Association, more may become members as early as next season.

Tira Chapéu finished third in the Second Division behind GD Varanda, they had 10 wins, three draws and 3 points, Varanda scored 29 and the club scored 26. They were originally failed to qualify, a few months later in October before the start of the new season, Varanda withdrew and Tira Chapéu finally qualified and competed for the first time in the Premier Division for the 2017-18 season. They lost the first three matches but made their first Premier Division win on November 24 where they defeated Eugénio Lima. Their success were moderate, mid-season, it became worse and they mostly suffered losses, their fourth and last loss was on March 10 where they defeated Benfica. Their only victory over one of Praia's historically top five club was over CD Travadores made on December 28 before the end of 2017. The final match of the season was an 7-0 loss to AD Ribeira Grande which became their worst in club history and finished last, together with Eugénio Lima, they will be relegated next season with Tira Chapéu competing for the second time in the Second Division, their third overall.

In cup competitions, they played their first cup match at the First Round, they lost to Eugénio Lima, they returned to the 2017-18 season and started at a further Second Round, it was also unsuccessful for the club where they lost to Os Garridos. Tira Chapéu may be the only club who never scored any cup goals.
