56th Street station is an elevated stop on the Market-Frankford Line, above the intersection of 56th Street and Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Haddington neighborhood lies to the north, and the Cobbs Creek neighborhood to the south.

56th Street station was built in 1907 by the Philadelphia Rapid Transit Company and reconstructed in 2005 as part of SEPTA's reconstruction of the Market Street Elevated line.
