The 2018 PFL Cup is the first edition of the PFL Cup. The competition will start on October 2018.
All 6 clubs of the 2018 Philippines Football League will compete for the cup. Top 2 teams will be seeded while the rest will be drawn by lots.
The 6 teams will be divided into two groups of three teams to play home-and-away round-robin matches. Top 2 of each group will proceed to cross-over single-leg semifinals and final.
All six clubs of the 2018 Philippines Football League are eligible to participate in the tournament.
The draw will take place after 2018 Philippines Football League on August 2018.
