The 2018 CFU Club Championship will be the 20th edition of CFU Club Championship, the annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU).
The top four teams qualify for the 2018–19 CONCACAF club competitions. The champions qualify for the 2019 CONCACAF Champions League, while the teams finishing second through fourth qualify for the 2018 CONCACAF League.
Cibao are the title holders, and will be eligible to enter if they reach the final of the 2017 Liga Dominicana de Fútbol.
The tournament is open to all league champions and runners-up from each of the 31 CFU member associations, for any competition that ends in the 2017 calendar year.
