The 2017 Vietnam Women's Football Championship was the 20th season of the Vietnam women's football championship (Thái Sơn Bắc Vietnam Women's Football Championship for sponsorship reasons) . It is held by VFF. The regular season began on 11 May 2017 and finish on 27 November 2017. The play-offs began on 30 November 2017 and finish on 3 December 2017.
In this season, there are 8 teams in this season. They will play home-and-away. Top 4 teams will be qualified to the play-offs. In final round, 4 teams will 3 matches to find the champion.
First leg (from 11 May 2017 to 1 June 2017) will be played at Thống Nhất Stadium, Hồ Chí Minh City. Second leg (from 6 November 2017 to 27 November 2017) and the play-offs (from 30 November 2017 to 3 December 2017) will be played in Hà Nam Stadium, Phủ Lý, Hà Nam.
