2017 Thai League Amateur Tournament Eastern Region is the 1st season of the League competition since its establishment in 2017. It is in the fifth tier of the Thai football league system.
Qualification stage: A total 14 clubs will be divided into two zones. Upper zone of Eastern Region and Lower zone of Eastern Region will play single-elimination stage. The best six clubs of each zone will qualify to the round-robin
Group stage: A total of 12 clubs which has qualified from Qualification stage will be divided into two groups of six clubs to play round-robin. matches at a neutral venue. The best two clubs of each group will qualify to the knock-out stage.
Knock-out stage: A total of 2 clubs which has qualified from the group stage will play single-elimination stage until there are only two finalists of the tournament.
All teams of this zone don't start this round.
