The 2017 Hamilton Tiger-Cats season will be the 60th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 68th overall. The Tiger-Cats will attempt to improve upon their 7–11 record from 2016, make the playoffs for the fourth straight season and win their 9th Grey Cup championship. This will be the fifth season under head coach Kent Austin and second under general manager Eric Tillman.
The 2017 CFL Draft will take place on May 7, 2017. The Tiger-Cats will have seven selections in the eight-round draft after trading their fourth round pick and two players for Justin Capicciotti and Xavier Fulton.
