The 2017–18 South of Scotland Football League, is the 72nd season of the South of Scotland Football League.
Edusport Academy are the defending champions. This is the fourth season in which the league was added to the Scottish league pyramid at level six, with the winner playing off against the East of Scotland Football League winner for a place in the 2018–19 Lowland Football League. This will be subject to the successful club meeting the criteria for promotion.
The league was increased to a 16 team division, Bonnyton Thistle joined, and the reserve teams of Annan Athletic and Stranraer returned.
