The 2017–18 East Superleague is a Scottish semi-professional football competition run by the Scottish Junior Football Association, East Region, and is the top tier of league competition for its member clubs. This is the sixteenth Superleague competition since the formation of the Region in 2002. The winners of this competition are eligible to enter the 2018–19 Scottish Cup. The season started on 5 August 2017.

Kelty Hearts are the reigning champions but instead elected to join the East of Scotland Football League for 2017–18 and will not defend their title.

Musselburgh Athletic and Fauldhouse United were relegated to the East Premier League at the end of the 2016–17 season and are replaced by Sauchie Juniors and Kennoway Star Hearts.

Forfar West End were also promoted from the East Premier League after defeating Newtongrange Star 3–2 on aggregate in the East Region Super/Premier League Play Off; however, Newtongrange were reprieved from relegation to balance league numbers following the departure of Kelty.
