These are competitions organised by Intercommunal Football Association of Kranj (MNZ Kranj) who is one of the nine Intercommunal Football Associations that are responsible for competitions below Slovenian Third League in the Slovenian football league system.
Upper Carniola League (Slovene: Gorenjska liga) is a 4th tier competition in Slovenian football pyramid. The league began on August 27, 2016 and will end in June 2017.
League was split after 13 rounds.
All member clubs of MNZ Kranj outside the top flight are eligible to participate in the cup.
Both finalists will qualify for 2017–18 Slovenian Cup.

All rounds will be contested in a single game (first team is the host).
