The 2016–17 Estonian Cup is the 27th season of the Estonian main domestic football knockout tournament. The winner of the Cup will qualify for the first qualifying round of the 2017–18 UEFA Europa League. The tournament began in May 2016, and the final will take place in May 2017 at the A. Le Coq Arena. Flora Tallinn are the current cup holders.
The draw was made by Estonian Football Association on 21 May 2016, on the half-time of the 2015–16 final of the same competition.
