Rules for classification: 1) points; 2) goal difference; 3) number of goals scored
(C) = Champion; (R) = Relegated; (P) = Promoted; (E) = Eliminated; (O) = Play-off winner; (A) = Advances to a further round.
The first legs were played on 11 and 12 December, and the second legs will be played on 15 and 16 December 2015. Due to massive floods in Chennai, the first leg of the semi-final between Atlético de Kolkata and Chennayin will be played at Pune instead of Chennai.
