The 2015–16 Windsor Express season will be the fourth season of the franchise in the National Basketball League of Canada (NBL).
On May 8, 2015, head coach and vice president of basketball operations Bill Jones, who directed the Express in 2014–15, was suspended for one season due to his participation in the 2015 NBL Canada Finals brawl. On July 14, Bill's brother Tony Jones was hired as interim head coach.
