The 2014 Martyr's Memorial C-Division League season is the third-tier club football competition in Nepal. All matches were played at the ANFA Technical Centre in Chyasal. Khumaltar Youth Club won the championship and promotion to the B-Division whereas Kathmandu Club and Boys Sports Club got relegated.
