The Final was played in the Landstede Sportcentrum in Zwolle on 29 March 2015.Donar Groningen defeated SPM Shoeters Den Bosch 70–78.
Note: When a DBL-team played a team from any lower division, a win in the first leg was enough to qualify for the next round.
