The 2013 Rogers Cup – Singles was the tennis singles event of the 112th female edition of the Rogers Cup; a WTA Premier 5 tournament held in Toronto, Canada. The tournament was held at the Rexall Centre in Toronto, from 3 – 11 August.
Petra Kvitová was the defending champion, but she lost to Sorana Cîrstea in the quarterfinals.
Top seed Serena Williams won the title for the third time, defeating Cîrstea 6–2, 6–0 in the final. The victory gave Williams her eighth title of 2013 and fifty-fourth career WTA title.
The top eight seeds receive a bye into the second round.
