The 2013 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders football team represented Middle Tennessee State University in the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by eighth-year head coach and played their home games at Johnny "Red" Floyd Stadium. They were first year members of Conference USA (C-USA) in the East Division. They finished the season 8–5, 6–2 in C-USA play to finish in a tie for second place in the East Division. They were invited to the Armed Forces Bowl where they lost to Navy.
