The 2013–14 Maio Island League season was the 23rd of the competition of the second-tier football in the island of Maio, Cape Verde. Its started on 15 December 2013 and finished on 9 March 2014. The tournament was organized by the Maio Regional Football Association (Associação Regional do Maio de Futebol, ARMF). Académica da Calheta won the 3rd title and finished with 21 points.

Académico 83 was the defending team of the title. A total of 5 clubs participated in the competition as Barreirense and Morrerense did not compete due to financial reasons. Barreirense returned in the following season but Morreirense not until the 2015-16 season. Beira-Mar withdrew in the following season. A 5 club season continued for the next two seasons.

The biggest win was Académica da Calheta who defeated Santana 6-0 in the fourth week.

Only the Académicas took the position with Académico 83 taking it during weeks 1-7 with one exception, weeks 5 and 6 where Académica Calheta do Maio took the spot, from week 8, the took it for the remainder of the season.

Académica da Calheta scored the most number of goals of the season numbering 39, Santana scored the least numbering 7, Beira-Mar conceded the most numbering 26. Week 2 was Santana's last win who defeated Onze Unidos 0-3 on January 11, Santana's last draw was on February 23 without any goals scored with Beira-Mar. Santana's next draw was on February 13, 2016 and their next win was on February 21.

There were no competition on the third and fourth weeks of December due to the regional cup competitions.
