The 2012 Diamond Head Classic was a mid-season 8 team college basketball tournament played from December 22 to December 25 at the Stan Sheriff Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. It was the 4th annual holding of the Diamond Head Classic, and was part of the 2012–13 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. #3 Arizona defeated #17 San Diego State 68–67 in the championship game to win the tournament.
