The 2012–13 season was West Ham United's first season back in the Premier League after a one-year absence. West Ham gained promotion by winning the 2012 Championship play-off final against Blackpool 2–1. It was West Ham's 17th Premier League campaign. They finished the season in 10th place with 46 points.

The fixtures for the 2012–13 Premier League season were released on 18 June 2012 and it was revealed that West Ham's first fixture back in the Premier League was to be at home against Aston Villa and West Ham's season would conclude at home to Reading.
