The 2012–13 season of the 3. Liga (also known as the Keno 10 3. liga for sponsorship reasons) was the twentieth season of the third-tier football league in Slovakia, since its establishment in 1993.

The league is composed of 32 teams divided into two groups of 16 teams each, whose teams will be divided geographically (Western and Eastern). Teams will play only other teams in their own division.
