The 2010–11 US Créteil-Lusitanos season is French semi-professional football club US Créteil-Lusitanos's 74th season of competitive football in France. Créteil will participate in the Championnat National, the third division of French football under the helm of new manager Hubert Velud who replaces Laurent Fournier after his failure to achieve promotion to Ligue 2. On 25 May, following an extensive search for a replacement, Créteil announced that the club had signed former Togo national team coach Hubert Velud. Velud has an extensive coaching career having managed clubs such as Paris FC, Cherbourg, Clermont Foot, and numerous others. He previously had a coaching stint at Créteil having managed the club during the 2005–06 season when the club was in Ligue 2.

On 27 May, recently promoted Ligue 2 club Troyes announced that the club had signed Créteil's prolific striker Mathieu Duhamel. Duhamel was the primary source of the club's attack during the 2009–10 season scoring 17 goals.
