The 2010–11 Segunda División B season is the 80th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 28 August 2010, and the season ended on 26 June 2011 with the promotion play-off finals.
1Universidad LPGC was dissolved after the end of the season.
2Cerro Reyes retired from the competition due to their non-appearance for two matches in a row, leading to their relegation to Regional Preferente de Extremadura for not paying its players.
