1IFK Göteborg lost to AIK in the 2009 Svenska Cupen final, therefore the 2010–11 UEFA Europa League places reverted to league position.
2Sweden was among the best three associations in the UEFA Fair Play ranking and thus received an additional spot in the first qualifying round of the Europa League.
