The 2007 Malta Cup was a professional ranking snooker tournament that took place between 29 January and 4 February 2007 at the Hilton Conference Center in Portomaso, Malta. It was the 200th world ranking tournament organised by World Snooker since 1976.Stephen Hendry made his 700th century break in competition in the third frame of his first round match against Robert Milkins.
Shaun Murphy won in the final 9–4 against Ryan Day.
Qualifying for the tournament took place at Pontin's in Prestatyn, Wales between 31 October and 3 November 2006.
