The 2005–06 Northern Premier League season was the 38th in the history of the Northern Premier League, a football competition in England. Teams were divided into two divisions; the Premier and the First.

*Goole were docked 1 point during the campaign and their record had to be compared with the same placed side in the Isthmian League to determine which team would be relegated. As Goole's record was superior, they stayed up.
