The 2003–04 St. Louis Blues season was the 37th for the franchise in St. Louis, Missouri. The Blues qualified for the NHL Playoffs for the 25th consecutive time, the team's final playoff appearance until 2009. After finishing the regular-season with a record of 39 wins, 30 losses, 11 ties and two overtime losses, the Blues lost the Western Conference Quarter-finals to the San Jose Sharks in five games.
Chris Pronger resigns the team captaincy, in favour of veteran defenceman Al MacInnis.
