2000–01 Polish Volleyball League is the 65th season of Polish Championship (1st season as professional league) organized by Professional Volleyball League SA (Polish: Profesjonalna Liga Piłki Siatkowej S.A.) under the supervision of Polish Volleyball Federation (Polish: Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej).

Stolarka Wołomin was promoted to Polish Volleyball League in this season.

In season 2000/2001 Mostostal-Azoty Kędzierzyn-Koźle have been played in CEV Champions League, GTPS Gorzów Wielkopolski in CEV Top Teams Cup and played in the CEV Challenge Cup.
