The 1994-95 Argentine Primera B Nacional was the 9º season of second division professional of football in Argentina. A total of 22 teams competed; the champion and runner-up were promoted to Argentine Primera División.
Estudiantes (LP) was declared champion and was automatically promoted to Primera División, and the teams placed 2º to 8º qualified for the Second Promotion Playoff.

The Second Promotion Playoff or Torneo Reducido was played by the teams placed 2º to 8º in the overall standings: Atlético de Rafaela (2º), Colón (3º), Godoy Cruz (4º), San Martín (T) (5º), Gimnasia y Tiro (6º), Quilmes (7º) and All Boys (8º), and the champion of Primera B Metropolitana: Atlanta. The winning team was promoted to Primera División.
