The 1991 UC Davis football team represented the University of California, Davis in the 1991 NCAA Division II football season. UC Davis competed in the Northern California Athletic Conference (NCAC).

The Aggies were led by third-year head coach Bob Foster and played their home games at Toomey Field. UC Davis finished the regular season with a record of seven wins and three losses (7–3, 3–2 NCAC). This was the 22nd consecutive year UC Davis finished with a winning record. The Aggies outscored their opponents 238–215 for the season.

The 1991 season was the first time in 21 years the Aggies had not won the NCAC championship. They had won or shared the championship every year from 1971–1990, and had won 52 straight conference games since the mid-1981 season.

No UC Davis Aggies players were selected in the 1992 NFL Draft.
