The 1989–90 Combined Counties Football League season was the 12th in the history of the Combined Counties Football League, a football competition in England, which operates at levels 9–10 of the English football league system.
The league was won by Chipstead for the first time.
The league was reduced to 18 clubs from 19 after Malden Vale were promoted to the Isthmian League, and no new clubs joined:
1 The system of using goal difference to separate two teams tied on points was used.
2 The points system: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for losing.
