The 1987 UC Davis football team represented the University of California, Davis in the 1987 NCAA Division II football season. UC Davis competed in the Northern California Athletic Conference (NCAC).

The Aggies were led by head coach Jim Sochor in his 18th year. They played home games at Toomey Field. UC Davis finished the season as champion of the NCAC for the 17th consecutive season and it was their 18th consecutive winning season. The Aggies finished the season with a record of eight wins and two losses (8–2, 5–0 NCAC). With the 5–0 conference record, they stretched their conference winning streak to 36 games dating back to the 1981 season. The Aggies outscored their opponents 238–163 for the season.

Unlike the previous five seasons, the Aggies did not qualify for the Division II playoffs in 1987.

No UC Davis Aggies players were selected in the 1988 NFL Draft.
