The 1987–88 Combined Counties Football League season was the tenth in the history of the Combined Counties Football League, a football competition in England, which operates at levels 9–10 of the English football league system.
The league was won by British Aerospace (Weybridge) for the third time.
The league remained at 18 clubs after Virginia Water left the league, and one new club joined:
1 The system of using goal difference to separate two teams tied on points was used.
2 The points system: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for losing.
