The Gators were led by head coach Vic Rowen in his 23rd year at the helm. They played home games at Cox Stadium in San Francisco, California. The team finished the season with a record of two wins and eight losses (2–8, 1–5 FWC). For the season the team was outscored by its opponents 116–251.
