The 1983 Cal State Fullerton Titans football team represented California State University, Fullerton during the 1983 NCAA Division I-A football season.

The Titans competed in the Pacific Coast Athletic Association. The team was led by fourth-year head coach Gene Murphy. The home stadium in 1983 was supposed to be Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim, California. However, only one of the three home games was played there. The other two games were moved to Glover Stadium in Anaheim due to weather issues.

The Titans were winless in the conference in 1982, so the 1983 season was a big turnaround for the Titans. They finished the season as champion of the PCAA, with a with a 5–1 PCAA record and overall record of seven wins and five losses. As conference champion, they were invited to play in the California Bowl in Fresno, California against the champion of the Mid-American Conference (MAC), the Northern Illinois Huskies.

After the 1984 season was over, it was discovered that the UNLV Rebels had used multiple ineligible players during both the 1983 and 1984 seasons. As a result, Cal State Fullerton's loss to UNLV turns into a forfeit win and their record is adjusted to 8–4, 6–0 PCAA.

No Cal State Fullerton Titans were selected in the 1984 NFL Draft.
