The 1976 Cal State Fullerton Titans football team represented California State University, Fullerton during the 1976 Division I football season.

The Titans competed in the Pacific Coast Athletic Association. The team was led by second-year head coach Jim Colletto, and played home games at Falcon Stadium on the campus of Cerritos College in Norwalk, California. They finished the season with a record of three wins, seven losses and one tie (3–7–1, 1–3 PCAA).
